Online Returns

We understand online shopping can be tricky at times, it may not be 100% what you were expecting every time. Most items purchased online can be returned for an exchange, credit or refund provided they meet all return requirements. 

How to return your order

If you purchased Checkout+ at checkout: Return shipping is covered!

Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid label via email to print and courier your eligible item/s back to our Online Returns Warehouse for return or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange, please submit your request via our return portal.

GET STARTED

Once we receive your return, the team will inspect the item/s and process your request. If the returned item/s do not meet our return requirements, and are therefore not suitable for resale, we will not issue a refund or store credit and your item/s will be returned to you via courier.

If you did not purchase Checkout+: You have a few options!

Return shipping is not covered, however you can pop into your local Stirling Sports store. Alternatively, you can send your item/s to our Online Returns Warehouse at your expense, using a carrier of your choice (track‐and‐trace service strongly recommended)

Returns Policy

Full price items can be returned within 30 days of receiving them. Full price items may be returned for a refund, online credit, or exchange for another style, size or colour.

Items must be in un-worn, new condition and have all original tags attached. Footwear must be in the original shoe box, in re-sellable condition. Items that do not meet the above requirements may not be eligible for return.

All clearance/sale items are final sale and are not eligible to be returned for a refund, online credit, or exchange.

If you believe your item has been received faulty, or is faulty after use, please contact us immediately at help@stirlingsports.co.nz.

Faulty assessments for online orders are managed by our Online Customer Service team and not by our store locations. Please attach proof of purchase as well as images highlighting the area you believe the fault lies. Once received we will make an initial assessment and get in touch with you regarding next steps. Based on the initial assessment we may require to have the item sent back to the supplier, but we will communicate this with you as soon as possible. While we aim to provide a solution for faulty returns as quickly as possible, the assessment process may take a week or two to be completed.

Once an item is deemed faulty we are able to provide a full refund, credit or replacement if we have the item available. Please note an item may be returned to you by courier if it is not deemed faulty.


In-Store Returns

Full price items purchased in-store have 30 days to be returned with proof of purchase. Returned items must be in un-worn, new condition with all original tags attached. Footwear must be returned in original shoe box which is in a re-sellable condition.

All clearance/sale items are not eligible to be returned for an exchange, refund or credit, unless deemed faulty. Any item that does not meet the above requirements may be refused.
